Stakeholder Management : This webinar focused on the Stakeholder knowledge area based on a completed project from Uri “A Billion Dollar Project Health Framework”.
Lesson learned : There will always be at least one or two stakeholders who will be resistant to your project and you will not be able to change that, whatever you do. You will need to closely monitor these stakeholders and take care to mitigate their impacts on your project.
